What is the purpose of QuinSpin?

QuinSpin is designed to:

  • increase efficiency of cleaning the basket/portafilter after each espresso,

  • improve cleanliness of work area,

  • reduce the sudden noise of knocking

  • prevent damaging of the coffee basket

  • help your wrists stay healthy

 

How does QuinSpin work?

It has two cleaning heads. Drill head removes 99% of coffee particles. Then the brush head removes remaining 1%. Gently put the portafilter on top of each head. Don’t press it! QuinSpin is very sensitive and the weight of the portafilter is enough to turn it on.

 

How to install it?

You have few option:

  1. Built in countertop. Our recommended option. Keeps your work floor tidy. Nothing obstructs movement behind the counter. All the coffee residue falls into bin underneath.

  2. QuinSpin in a stainless steel container. This is an extra. It’s ready to use out of the box. You can also hang it on any vertical surface with the mount included.

 

Will it fit my coffee basket?

Yes. Choose the correct size while purchasing. The drill head is custom sized for each coffee basket. We are constantly expanding our range of baskets geometries. If you don’t see your basket please get it touch and send us some pictures. We can help identify it.

 

Can I refurbish the brush?

Yes. We provide replacement bristles. The brush head is designed to help you with bristle replacement whenever you notice the need for that.

What power supply do I need?

QuinSpin operates on 12V power supply which is included in the box. Please choose the correct plug while shopping. We have UK, EU, US and AU plugs.
