1. Please note that all prices are excluding VAT. You’ll be responsible for import taxes and customs locally when we ship your items. If you’re from the UK the VAT is added at checkout. Please make sure you track your parcel and follow your local import procedures. If you don’t address that and the parcel will be returned to us, we reserve the right to cancel the order and deduct all the extra cost from the refund (Return shipping costs as well as return import charges, which you’ll be informed by email).

  2. We provide a 12 months warranty for QuinSpin. This excludes:

    • water damage. QuinSpin is vapour proof, NOT waterproof, hence should never be cleaned with or immersed in water. We provide a wire brush for cleaning purposes.

    • accidental damage (eg. if a person drops it on a floor and something cracks or brake)

    • brush heads (The bristles of the brush head will deform in time, and we have no control over how hard baristas are pressing on it. If the motor is spinning - please don't press harder. You will only slow down the motor and deform the bristles faster. That is why we designed the brush to be easy to refurbish. We are selling bristles replacement. Please don’t pull the brush’s bristles to see how strong they sit - you will pull them out when used force, but that’s not how the brush is supposed to be used)

    • drill heads - our drill-heads don’t brake when used properly (Tested for 12 months for 1000 cleaning cycles per day). Yes, you can break it when hit with a lot of force OR let's say a barista will drop it on the floor and step on it. But this is accidental damage, not covered by warranty.

    • shipping costs - we don’t provide return labels. Please ship your QuinSpin to us for inspection/repair. If the issue falls under warranty, we will fix it free of charge as well as give you with free brush heads, to provide you with the same value of the shipping cost you encountered).

  4. Returns. We can accept a return of unused product in the first 28 day since delivery.

    Please send it back to us. We will examine the return and get back to you regarding the refund. Please note we don’t refund shipping costs.
